Flexible Training – An annual membership doesn’t mean you’re training in our facility year-round—it means we adapt to your schedule. In the offseason, you’ll train to build strength and power when others aren’t. In-season, we adjust with nutrition coaching, recovery strategies, and modified workouts to keep you performing at your peak.
Advanced, Small-Group Training – Edge’s smaller class sizes ensure you get individualized coaching while training alongside other committed athletes. This high-energy environment pushes you to perform, and if you’re in a club season, we’ll tailor workouts to maximize your development.
Expert Coaching & Performance Tracking – Our staff has trained 100+ college-bound athletes in the last two years alone. With consistent testing and access to national and local performance data, you’ll know exactly where you stand—and what you need to improve to reach the next level.
Elite Nutrition & Recovery Support – Proper nutrition is a game-changer, and we give you the tools to fuel for success. Work with our registered sports dietitian to optimize your performance, and access DEXA body composition scans to identify strengths, weaknesses, and tailor training accordingly.
