PSM Sports Therapy Arm Care & ACL Prevention Summer Programs

Get stronger, move better, and stay injury-free this summer with PSM’s specialized training programs at the Fieldhouse. Designed for athletes looking to improve durability and performance, these sessions focus on proper mechanics, strength, and injury prevention led by our expert sports therapy staff.

🟩 Arm Care Program:
• Arm care routines to build strength and protect the shoulder
• Focus on throwing mechanics and upper-body durability
• Injury prevention strategies for overhead athletes

🟩 ACL Injury Prevention Program:
• Lower body strength and stability development
• ACL injury prevention techniques and movement training
• Emphasis on landing mechanics, cutting, and deceleration
